At VDG Suppliers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

📦 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted:

  • We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

  • You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and provide a label.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
